There are not too many occasions that a wedding is held on a gorgeous private island in Muskoka…….i really wish there were more…lol….seriously this cottage/venue was absolutely gorgeous…….i kind of want it to be mine……

We worked with the couple Jenn & Kirk and the AMAZING wedding planner Bryn Allison of an Artistic Affair to bring a elegant Muskoka vibe to the cottage. Tons of Helix candles, moss, Muskoka rocks, succulents, and birch chargers we arranged on the guest tables to create a warm and relaxed Muskoka feel. I think you all know that i’m a “colour girl”, but if i were going to ever do a neutral palette this would be the way i would do it:)

This wedding was styled to perfection from Lynzie & Carly at Love By Lynzie. The ladies hand-picked all the items including the many vintage furniture pieces. Jessy, Ry & I set up the birch arch with the peach lace curtains….it turned out even better than i imagined:) Congrats again to the happy couple Kim & Richard!!!!!!!

Well the Wedding Bells magazine photo shoot came out over a month ago and i’m just getting around to blogging about it now:) It’s been one heck of a busy summer with tons of Muskoka Weddings:) yyyaaaa

I couldn’t be happier with the pictures that are featured in Wedding Bells….unfortunately, they credited the wrong company……it should be Tanya List Design not Pink Twig🙂 Honest mistake since i used to own the shop, lol:)

What do i say….i love this couple Naoise & Greg. They are the type of people who are gorgeous on the inside and out:) So damn happy that i met them and i hope that we always keep in touch. The wedding was held on a perfect summer day at Trillium Lake Resort here in Muskoka. My hubby Ry and i stayed the day and into the night styling the wedding and even running the very “eventful” photo booth (filled with all my vintage finds). While having dinner, we chatted with the SUPER nice and ridiculously talented Reid from When He Found Her. (yup, same name as my daughter…perhaps why i loved him:) Please check out all the gorgeousness:
